UK ORDERS


Delivery will usually be with you within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Unless different service is needed.

Next day delivery is possible depending on the time the order is placed and stock availability.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You will be required to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees, to the courier before your delivery is made. Please check these charges in your country before placing your order.

You will not be charged UK VAT on your order.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Deliveries will be made by courier and may require a signature, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.

If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred by us.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our warehouse, all items are subject to availability. If we cannot supply your goods within seven days, we will advise you of alternative options as soon as possible.
  • Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package. Please note that if you are collecting your package in person, you will need personal ID showing your address.
  • We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.
  • Our couriers do not always deliver on weekends.
  • Any order placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day.
