Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us online. Occasionally, however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy for online orders applies to our full price and sale products except for earrings, personalised items, made to order items and gift cards.
 
Once dispatched to you, we accept returns of items only if they are unworn and in their original and resaleable condition, i.e., clean, intact, with all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which they were sent.
 
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place it and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days run from when you receive the last item of the order.
 
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
 
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.
 
DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
EXCHANGES 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
UK Orders
If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. If you return the complete order we will also refund the standard delivery cost, if applicable. Additional costs for Express Delivery are non-refundable. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.
 
International Orders
If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.
 
We will endeavour to send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your refund.
 
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
